Consent to the processing of personal data

By this, I grant Quick Partners s. r. o. my consent to process my personal data pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. (and Regulation (EU) 2016/679) for the purpose of registering myself as a potential courier and completing the registration into the fleet for the Bolt Food platform. I grant this consent for a period of 36 months. I have provided the data voluntarily and they are accurate.

I also grant consent for my personal data, to the same extent, to be processed by the partner company Bani Bux s. r. o., as an independent controller, for the purpose of recording applicants, processing registration, and administering cooperation within the Entrega fleet. To this extent, my personal data may be shared and exchanged between Quick Partners s. r. o. and Bani Bux s. r. o. exclusively for the purposes stated above.

The rights of the data subject under § 19 et seq. of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. are published on the website www.ambicia.sk in the GDPR – Privacy Policy section. I may withdraw my consent at any time in writing or by email to any of the above-mentioned entities.
