Terms and Conditions of the Joining Bonus Promotion “€1,000 Bonus”
1. Organizer of the Bonus Promotion
The organizer of the joining bonus promotion “Bonus up to €1,000” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is:

hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer” or the “Ambition Fleet”.
2. Purpose of the Promotion
The purpose of the Promotion is to support the recruitment of new couriers and motivate new couriers to remain regularly active during the first 90 calendar days of cooperation with the Organizer.
The Promotion is not a prize draw or a competition based on chance.
The amount of the bonus depends solely on meeting the conditions set out in these rules, in particular on the courier’s earnings achieved during the individual bonus periods.
3. Duration of the Promotion
The Promotion begins on the date these terms and conditions are published on the website www.ambicia.sk and continues until it is terminated or withdrawn by the Organizer.
For each eligible courier, their individual bonus period begins on the date their active cooperation with the Organizer starts and lasts for a maximum of 90 calendar days.
Termination of the Promotion by the Organizer does not affect a courier whose 90-day bonus period had already started before the termination date of the Promotion. Such a courier may complete their bonus period under the terms and conditions applicable on the date they joined the Promotion.
4. Who Can Participate in the Promotion
The Promotion is open to any individual who:
- successfully completes the registration process and all steps required to cooperate through the Ambition Fleet,
- enters into the relevant contractual relationship with the Organizer or another form of cooperation accepted by the Organizer,
- begins actively performing courier services through a courier platform managed within the Ambition Fleet,
- meets the requirements of the relevant courier platform on the date their bonus period begins,
- is starting their first active cooperation with the Ambition Fleet.
Unless otherwise stated in specific marketing communication, the Promotion is intended for new couriers of the Ambition Fleet.
A person who has previously actively performed courier services through the Ambition Fleet is not automatically entitled to receive the joining bonus again.
The Organizer may individually decide to include a courier transferring from another fleet, provided that the courier has not previously been an active courier of the Ambition Fleet.
5. Activation and Duration of the Bonus Period
The bonus period begins on the date the courier’s cooperation through the Ambition Fleet is activated, from which point the courier is able to perform deliveries through the relevant courier platform. This date is considered Day 1 of the bonus period.
A condition for obtaining and activating entitlement to the bonus is that the courier completes their first order no later than 7 calendar days after their profile is activated.
If the courier fails to meet this condition within the specified period, their entitlement to the joining bonus expires.
The bonus period lasts for a maximum of 90 calendar days from the activation of the cooperation and runs continuously. It is not interrupted or extended if the courier does not perform deliveries, is temporarily inactive, is on holiday, is unable to work, does not use the courier application, or does not perform deliveries for any other reason.
After the 90th calendar day, the bonus period ends and entitlement to any unused portion of the bonus expires.
Meeting the requirement of completing the first order within 7 days entitles the courier to participate in the bonus program with the opportunity to receive up to a maximum of €1,000, while the actual amount of the bonus paid depends on meeting the remaining conditions of the bonus program.
6. Division of the Bonus Period
The total 90-day period is divided into three separate parts:
- 1st bonus period: Day 1 to Day 30 of cooperation
- 2nd bonus period: Day 31 to Day 60 of cooperation
- 3rd bonus period: Day 61 to Day 90 of cooperation
Each bonus period is assessed and evaluated separately.
7. Maximum Bonus Amount
During the first 90 days of cooperation, the courier may receive a joining bonus with a maximum total value of:
€1,000
The maximum amount of €1,000 is not automatically guaranteed.
The actual amount of the bonus depends on the courier’s earnings achieved during each individual 30-day bonus period and on meeting the other conditions of the Promotion.

The maximum amount that can therefore be earned is:
€333 + €333 + €334 = €1,000
9. What Is Considered Qualifying Earnings
For the purposes of this Promotion, “qualifying earnings” means the courier’s gross earnings recorded by the Organizer based on data provided by the relevant courier platform for the specific bonus period, before deduction of any commission or fee charged by the Ambition Fleet and before any other applicable deductions.
The data recorded by the Organizer and the data provided by the relevant courier platform are decisive.
The joining bonus under this Promotion itself, as well as any other payments that do not form part of the earnings used as the basis for the courier’s settlement, are not included in qualifying earnings.
In the event of a subsequent adjustment or correction of earnings by the courier platform, the Organizer is entitled to take such adjustment into account when evaluating the bonus.
10. Bonuses Are Not Carried Over Between Periods
Each 30-day period is evaluated separately.
Any unused portion of the bonus:
- is not carried over to the next bonus period,
- is not added to the bonus of another period,
- cannot be earned retroactively after the relevant bonus period has ended.
Example
During the first 30 days, the courier does not achieve earnings of €1,000.
Bonus for the first period: €0
During the second period, the courier achieves earnings of €2,500.
Bonus for the second period: €250
During the third period, the courier achieves earnings of €3,500.
Bonus for the third period: €334
The courier’s total joining bonus will be:
€584
The unused portion of the bonus from the first period can no longer be earned during subsequent periods.
11. Conditions for Entitlement to the Bonus
To receive the bonus, the courier must:
- meet the conditions of this Promotion,
- have a valid cooperation agreement with the Organizer during the relevant period,
- perform courier services through an account maintained and managed within the Ambition Fleet,
- achieve the required qualifying earnings,
- comply with the terms of cooperation with the Organizer,
- comply with the rules of the relevant courier platform,
- use only their own authorized courier account,
- provide the Organizer with accurate and up-to-date information,
- properly fulfil their administrative and contractual obligations.
Registration alone does not entitle the courier to a bonus.
12. Evaluation and Payment of the Bonus
The Organizer will evaluate entitlement to the bonus after the end of each 30-day bonus period.
After verification that all conditions have been met, the bonus will be included in the courier’s settlement and paid no later than 30 calendar days after the end of the relevant bonus period, unless payment is prevented by circumstances objectively beyond the Organizer’s control.
The accounting, tax or social contribution treatment of the bonus depends on the specific type of cooperation between the courier and the Organizer.
The stated bonus amounts represent amounts before any applicable taxes, contributions or other statutory deductions, where such obligations apply to the particular form of cooperation.
13. Termination of Cooperation
A condition for payment of the bonus is that the courier has an active contractual relationship with the Organizer at the end of the relevant bonus period, unless the Organizer decides otherwise in a particular case.
If the courier terminates their cooperation before the end of the relevant 30-day period, they are not entitled to a bonus for the incomplete period.
Termination of cooperation also ends the courier’s ability to earn any further portions of the joining bonus.
14. Prohibition of Abuse of the Promotion
The bonus may not be obtained through fraudulent, fictitious or otherwise irregular means.
Abuse of the Promotion may include, in particular:
- creating or using duplicate accounts,
- using another person’s account,
- allowing another person to perform courier services through the participant’s account,
- providing false information,
- manipulating records of earnings or orders,
- carrying out fictitious orders,
- coordinated conduct intended to obtain the bonus unlawfully,
- violation of courier platform rules related to fraudulent conduct,
- any other conduct whose primary purpose is to circumvent the rules of the Promotion.
Where there is reasonable suspicion of such conduct, the Organizer may suspend the evaluation of the bonus until the situation has been clarified.
If abuse of the Promotion is established, the Organizer is entitled to reject the claim for the bonus.
If a bonus has already been paid without entitlement, the Organizer may request its repayment to the extent permitted by applicable law.
15. One Joining Bonus per Courier
Each courier may receive the joining bonus under this Promotion only once.
Creating a new account, registering again or changing contact details does not create a new entitlement to the joining bonus.
16. Combination with Other Bonuses
The joining bonus may be combined with other rewards or bonus programs offered by the Organizer only if the terms of the relevant program or the Organizer expressly provide otherwise.
Bonuses provided directly by the courier platform are governed by the rules of that platform.
17. Review and Disputes Regarding Bonus Evaluation
If the courier disagrees with the evaluation of their bonus, they may contact the Organizer at: office@ambicia.sk
Any complaint or request for review must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days from notification of the result or payment of the bonus.
The courier should include their name, courier ID, the relevant bonus period and the reason why they are requesting a review of the evaluation.
The Organizer will review the information based on its own records and the data obtained from the relevant courier platform.
18. Personal Data Protection
The personal data of Promotion participants is processed to the extent necessary for registration, administration of the cooperation, evaluation of entitlement to the bonus, payment of the bonus and fulfilment of the Organizer’s legal obligations.

19. Relationship with Courier Platforms
The organizer and provider of the joining bonus under these terms and conditions is Quick Partners s. r. o. – Ambition Fleet.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the relevant courier platform is not the organizer of this Promotion and is not responsible for payment of the bonus provided by the Organizer.
20. Modification or Termination of the Promotion
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion for the future.
However, any modification or termination of the Promotion will not affect any entitlement to a bonus that has already arisen.
If the courier’s 90-day bonus period has already started, their entitlement will normally be assessed according to the version of the terms and conditions applicable on the date their bonus period began.
An exception may apply where a change is necessary due to amendments to applicable law, a decision of the competent authority or a change to the rules of the courier platform that is beyond the Organizer’s control.
The current version of the terms and conditions will always be published on the Organizer’s website.
21. Final Provisions
The joining bonus of up to €1,000 is a performance-based incentive benefit provided by the Organizer, which a participant may earn by properly meeting all conditions of this Promotion.
The reference to €1,000 in marketing and advertising communication represents the total value of the joining bonus available to a participant for the entire 90-day bonus period if the specified performance requirements are met.
Entitlement to the full joining bonus of €1,000 arises for a participant who achieves qualifying earnings of at least €3,500 in each individual period during each of the three consecutive 30-day bonus periods and simultaneously fulfils all other conditions of this Promotion.
The bonus is divided into three separately evaluated parts:
- €333 for the first 30-day period,
- €333 for the second 30-day period,
- €334 for the third 30-day period.
The total value of the bonus when the conditions for all three periods are met is €1,000.
If a participant does not achieve qualifying earnings of at least €3,500 during any individual bonus period, the bonus amount for that period will be determined according to the applicable bonus tier set out in these terms and conditions.
Any unused portion of the bonus for a specific bonus period is not carried over to subsequent periods and cannot be earned retrospectively by achieving higher earnings during another period.
Achieving total qualifying earnings of €10,500 during the 90-day period does not in itself create entitlement to the full €1,000 bonus. The requirement to achieve qualifying earnings of at least €3,500 must be met separately in each of the three 30-day periods.
Registration or the commencement of cooperation alone does not automatically create entitlement to payment of the €1,000 bonus. Entitlement to individual portions of the bonus arises progressively based on fulfilment of the rules set out in these terms and conditions.
