Hey! Hey! Hey! We are happy to welcome you to our article where we will guide you through the basics of delivery. We’re here to show you what’s okay and what’s best to avoid when it comes to delivery. We’ll introduce you to the different ways you can deliver orders and explain how our app works. And, of course, we’ll be sure to prepare you for non-standard situations and problems that can arise when you place orders. We’re here for you, so feel free to get reading!
Equipment request
If you don’t have a courier kit yet, you can request one now.
When you apply, don’t forget to include your personal courier number (ID), which can be found in the last email or also in the app in the Finance section -> Current cash balance.
Please only apply for equipment 1 time!
What are the basics of service of process?
– I go to a restaurant when the app says “food ready” or 0 minutes.
– I communicate with the attendant, report the order number.
– I will check that I have received the correct order.
– I will read the note or contact the customer.
– I always deliver the order in a courier bag.
– I’ll check the customer’s name, wish you a nice day and good taste.
How does the affiliate app work?
Go online – Swipe right to turn on the app and receive your orders. Once you’re online, it’s important to keep the app turned on at all times.
Finances and earnings – This section gives you an overview of your earnings and other delivery information, such as the number of orders
Support – If you have any problems or questions about delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Courier website – This section will take you to the courier partner website where you will find all the information you need.
When your order is received, you will see the following in the app:
– Name and address of the restaurant
– Delivery address of the order
– Total distance
– Order delivery fee
– Accept and start button
– Button to refuse the order
